workout equipment

i bought a weight bench
with the intention, at first at least,
to start working out more frequently,
maybe, i dunno, become as strong as henry cavill looks
in all those superman movies and the witcher show,
not as ruggedly handsome,
but at least strong enough to throw a small sedan
half-way across the city without a sweat,
but i don’t think i’m going to achieve that level of strength,
you know, because of a lack of dedication

cold coffee//but not in a good way

my coffee went cold
because i left it next to the fan on my desk,
and i feel kinda dumb for that,
but at least it wasn’t all that good of a cup of coffee,
even when it was hot

a non-twitter user

the real reason why i don’t have a twitter account
isn’t because i don’t like the service,
i’m sure it’s fine, i guess,
but rather, because i didn’t get one
the first five years when it came out in 2006,
and i continued to not feel the need to get one,
and the years flew by, without ever
signing up for twitter,
and i feel absolutely fine about that
