cold front

i caught something in the back of my throat,
and whatever it was made itself comfortable throughout the rest of my body,
easing its way into my joints and spine and head,
until all i feel is this throbbing pulsation that has crippled my thoughts
and made me groggy to no end

THANKLESS TICKLE IN MY THROAT

there’s something wrong happening in the back of my throat,

but i can’t seem to talk about it,

you know,

because it kinda hurts,

i’d call it a talking disease,

but it hasn’t affected my ability to type out how i’m feeling,
